During your pre-session consultation we talk through silhouettes, colors, and the mood you are after, whether that is soft and romantic or sculptural and editorial. When to Come In

Timing matters more with maternity than almost any other session, because the window is real and it closes. Generally the sweet spot lands late in the second trimester or early in the third, when the bump is beautifully round but you are still comfortable enough to enjoy the session. Come too early and the shape has not fully arrived; come too late and you may be too tired to want a camera anywhere near you.

Here is the part that separates our experience from a gallery link you mean to get to someday. Your session does not end when the camera goes down. A few weeks later you come back for an in-person reveal, where we show you the finished images together and design the artwork as a team, whether that becomes a framed piece for the nursery, a wall grouping, or a fine-art album you hand down.

Our maternity sessions carry a published session fee, and the artwork you choose at the reveal is separate, so you are never committing to more than you want on the day.
