A Colorful Outdoor Wedding: Katie and Matthew
Katie and Matthew's outdoor wedding brought together bright autumn florals, a garden ceremony, golden portraits, and a playful food-truck finish.

Katie Roahrig and Matthew Goalen built their wedding around color, open air, and an easy sense of celebration. Coral and orange flowers carried through the bouquets and ceremony while blue suits and blush dresses kept the palette relaxed.
The visual story moves naturally from preparation to a garden first look, outdoor vows, warm portraits near the course, and a playful stop at the food truck after dark.
Color in Every Detail
The day opened with soft pink details, bright florals, and a dress photographed against the garden. Katie's bouquet became the palette anchor, combining coral, peach, cream, and small touches of blue.
Those colors remained consistent throughout the ceremony and wedding party portraits, helping the gallery feel unified even as locations changed.

A Garden First Look
Katie and Matthew met beneath a vine-covered garden entrance before the ceremony. Their first look gave them a private pause and also created relaxed portraits before guests arrived.
We kept the direction light, using the path, greenery, and floral color to frame their expressions rather than overcomplicate the moment.

Outdoor Vows and a Joyful Exit
The ceremony took place beneath a floral installation with guests seated in the open air. Wide frames established the garden, while closer photographs held the laughter and reactions during the vows.
After the ceremony, the wedding party surrounded the couple for a high-energy exit that shifted the gallery from formal to celebratory.

Golden Hour to Late Night
Evening portraits used the open landscape and building clouds to give the couple space in the frame. As darkness arrived, a food-truck stop brought a playful, documentary finish to the story.
The final portrait uses clean off-camera light against a dark background, preserving the energy of the night without losing the couple's expressions.
