A Greystone Mansion Wedding: CJ and Rex in Beverly Hills

CJ and Rex filled Greystone Mansion with white dinner jackets, blue table details, an outdoor ceremony, their dog, and a vintage convertible exit.

CJ James and Rex Polkinghorne chose Greystone Mansion for a celebration that felt formal, personal, and unmistakably Beverly Hills. White dinner jackets set the visual tone, blue reception details added color, and their dog appeared in the ceremony story before the couple left in a vintage convertible.

Greystone can feel monumental, but this gallery stays close to the people. The estate's gardens, cypress walks, stone arches, and motor court give the day structure without turning it into an architecture study.

Two White Jackets and a Thoughtful Morning

The preparation sequence begins with watches, rings, cuff links, and a printed program in deep blue. Both grooms wore white dinner jackets with black trousers, creating a clean visual match while their individual portraits kept distinct expressions and settings.

Family was present from the beginning. One of the most affecting frames shows an older relative holding a groom's hand, a small gesture that carries more weight than any posed portrait.

An Outdoor Ceremony With Their Dog

White flowers lined the garden ceremony as CJ and Rex entered through the lawn. The vows were expressive, moving from laughter to tears while family watched only a few feet away.

Their dog joined the celebration and immediately changed the tone of the portraits. The images become looser and more playful, which is exactly what a personal detail should do inside a formal setting.

Cypress Walks and Stone Architecture

After the ceremony, we used the cypress-lined paths and stone arches for portraits that feel connected to the estate's history. White jackets separated cleanly from the deep green landscape, while the formal geometry kept the images composed.

A dark convertible introduced a different texture for the exit. The car worked as both a practical departure and a portrait setting, giving us a final sequence with movement and a little old-Hollywood character.

Blue Details and a Joyful Exit

The reception tables paired blue linens with white flowers, extending the program color into the outdoor dinner. Speeches and greetings gathered guests around the mansion's stone facade before the couple made their entrance together.

The final frames are celebratory rather than quiet. CJ and Rex step out smiling as guests surround them, closing a formal day with open emotion and movement.
