Confirm Your Address
Your session takes place at the studio address in your email confirmation, we have one studio in California and one in Texas, so double-check which is yours.
Where Your Portraits Will Live
Every session we photograph is designed with a destination in mind: your walls. At your reveal appointment we’ll design your finished artwork to the inch, for your rooms, Italian-made framed portraiture and archival art prints built to hang for generations.
Please Keep Your Appointment
Your time slot is reserved exclusively for you. We hold a limited number of appointment blocks, so a cancellation or reschedule, particularly within four weeks, is very hard to fill, and it genuinely impacts our small studio. Please do everything you can to keep your appointment; if something changes, the earlier you tell us, the more we can do to help.
Deposits are non-refundable for cancelled sessions or missed reveal appointments unless we can re-book your time slot. Keep your appointment, and your deposit comes back to you at the reveal, refunded or applied to any artwork you choose.
How Your Credit Works
Our studio specializes in beautiful Italian-made wall portraiture and one-of-a-kind art prints from our award-winning labs. If your promotion includes a product or product credit, you can apply its full value toward any item we sell, for example, the value of a 10″ artwork can go toward a larger piece, along with your session deposit. (Credits don’t apply to session fees for non-promotional sessions.)
We accept all major credit cards and offer 12-month 0% financing through Synchrony Bank for qualified clients, you can get pre-approved without affecting your credit.
Your Session, Then the Reveal
The Viewing Appointment
After your session, we view your images together and help you put an order together. We don't offer online galleries, all viewing and ordering happens at this appointment, where the images are seen the way they deserve to be.
Bring Your Decision-Makers
If a partner or relative is part of the session, or part of choosing the artwork, make sure they attend. All decision-makers need to be present at the purchasing appointment; additional scheduled ordering sessions can forfeit your gift voucher.
Relive the Fun
This is the rewarding part: seeing the finished portraits at full size. Many clients tell us, years later, that their portrait is their most cherished possession.
