Payment & Booking
Editorial wedding photography with an engagement session, heirloom album, and fully edited high-resolution gallery.
What reserves our date?
A $1,000 photography deposit, or $1,500 when you add cinema. It comes straight off your total and your date is off our calendar the moment it clears.
When is the balance due?
30 days before your wedding, through your client portal. You can split it across scheduled payments on whatever timeline works, as long as it clears by that date.
Can we finance it?
Yes. Affirm is offered on pay-in-full at booking, usually as 12 monthly payments. It is only available at the moment you book, so choose it then if you want it.
Does the price change after we book?
No. Your collection price and date adjustment lock the moment your deposit clears.
Is the deposit refundable?
No. It takes your date off our calendar and we turn away other couples for it. If we cannot serve your date for any reason on our end, you are refunded in full.
What if we need to move our date?
Talk to us. If we're open on your new date we'll move your booking and your deposit with it. If the new date prices higher, you pay only the difference.

How It’s Priced
Three Simple Date Rules
Standard Friday-Sunday pricing is published above. Your market, calendar date, and any travel are shown as simple fixed adjustments.
Monday-Thursday
Weekday weddings receive a flat $500 reduction. The coverage and deliverables stay exactly the same.
Pretty Calendar Dates
Dates such as 6/6, 8/8, 10/10, and 12/12 receive a small $250 adjustment because more couples request them.
Holiday Weddings
Holiday weekends add $500 for photography or $1,000 with cinema. Major holidays add $1,000 for photography or $2,000 with cinema because two teams can be required.
Location & Travel
California collections carry a fixed regional adjustment of $1,000 for photography or $1,500 with cinema. Travel is included within Dallas-Fort Worth and our Southern California service area. Weddings elsewhere receive a flat travel charge shown before booking.

Investment Questions
How much does a wedding photographer cost?
Our Friday-Sunday photography collections are $4,000, $5,000, $6,500, and $8,500 for 5, 8, 10, or 12 hours. Monday-Thursday weddings receive $500 off.
Why does the price change with my date?
Only three calendar rules change the price: weekdays cost $500 less, pretty calendar dates add $250, and holiday weddings carry a fixed staffing adjustment. There are no seasonal or demand multipliers.
What's included?
Every photography collection includes your engagement session fee waiver, an album, a fully edited high-resolution gallery, and your wedding-day digital negatives. Adding cinema includes a lead cinematographer, a five-minute highlight film, licensed music, and a full color grade.
How do we reserve our date?
Pick your collection, enter your details, and a $1,000 photography deposit reserves your date, or $1,500 when you add cinema. The balance is due 30 days before your wedding through your client portal. Pay-in-full with Affirm is available at booking only.
Is the deposit refundable?
The deposit reserves your date and takes it off our calendar, so it is non-refundable. If we can't serve your date for any reason on our end, you're refunded in full. We confirm every booking personally within one business day.

Do you travel?
Everywhere. We've photographed weddings across nine countries and counting. Travel is included within Dallas-Fort Worth and our Southern California service area covering Los Angeles, Orange County, and the Inland Empire. Weddings elsewhere, including Houston and San Francisco, receive a published flat travel charge that you will see before booking.
What if our day doesn't fit a collection?
Then we build something that does. Multi-day celebrations, cultural ceremonies, additional coverage, and additional team members are quoted to your day. Call the studio and we will put it together properly.
