Wedding Costs

Westlake Village Inn offers comprehensive wedding packages that you can customize to suit your own celebration. Ceremonies are priced at $2,500, and you can either opt to bring in your own wedding coordinator or hire the hotel coordinator for $1,200. Westlake Village Inn wedding prices for receptions are per plate of food, which range from $80 to $150 per person depending on what type of food you are getting as well as the time of the meal. Children’s meals are $29. You can also opt to add on a bar package, which range from $11 to $17 per person, per hour the bar is open.
Venue Options
The Westlake Village Inn offers several different locations for you to host your ceremony and reception. For the ceremony, you can choose from three different locations on-site, each with their own unique ambiance. The Tuscan Garden is romantic and intimate, with a beautiful fountain and plenty of flowers to set the mood. The Lakeside Arbor is lush and green, with views of the lake and the nearby golf course. If you’re looking to get married at sunset, this is your best bet. Finally, the Waterfall is ideal for the couple who loves natural settings. As the name implies, you’ll be wed with a beautiful waterfall in the background.
For the reception, there are seven different spaces to choose from. The Provence Room is split level, with elegant crystal chandeliers and a patio overlooking the lake. The Lakeside Room is slightly smaller, but with a patio that is perfect for dining al fresco. The Fairway Room has dramatic floor to ceiling windows. For more intimate receptions, you can opt for the Wine Cave, which is covered in stone and designed to mimic the look of a Tuscan Courtyard. The Wine Cellar has a similar atmosphere, but with balconies extending over the lake. The Vintage Room is slightly larger, with a cozy atmosphere complete with an iron chandelier and stone fireplace. Finally, the Tasting Room offers an intimate space with views of the mountains and vineyard.
The Westlake Village Inn wedding capacity varies depending not only on the spaces you choose for your wedding but also how you choose to arrange your seating. The event spaces range widely in capacity, from 25 to 200 people depending on the room and seating arrangement. You can work with your wedding coordinator to determine the exact capacity of the space as you plan the wedding.
Food and Drink
There is an extensive array of food and drink options available for weddings at the Westlake Village Inn. Regardless of which package you go with, you have the option to add on vegetarian or vegan entrees as well as children’s entrees. All of the options on both of these menus are designed to complement the dishes served in the wedding packages. All of the dishes are classics that take influence from European and American cuisine. The Enchanting Package includes four canapes, one salad, one main course with sides, one glass of wine, and one champagne toast per guest. The Romantic Package includes all of those things, plus an extra canapé, an imported cheese board, and an intermezzo dish of sorbet. The bride and groom will receive a bottle of champagne as well. Finally, the Fairytale package includes six canapes, an amuse-bouche, starters, and main dishes for your guests, as well as the sorbet intermezzo, wine, and the champagne toast.
For drinks, you can opt for non-alcoholic sparkling and still water, as well as juice, soft drinks, and energy drinks. House wines are available, as are domestic and imported beer. You can also choose cocktail packages to suit your preference of liquor quality, with vodka, gin, rum, scotch, bourbon, tequila, cognac, and cordials.

The Westlake Village Inn is located right on the Westlake Golf Course, nestled in the hills of nearby Malibu. It’s just a short drive into the mountains for some hiking, or to the beach to enjoy some time on the Pacific Ocean. It’s also a short drive into the city of Los Angeles and everything that has to offer. For those who are flying in for the wedding, Los Angeles International Airport and Burbank Bob Hope Airport are both located within driving distance, and offer flights throughout the US and internationally.
The Hotel
