Vibiana Cathedral is a stunning, full-service venue that comes complete with options for rental equipment, filming, and catering options that will help you complete your event and make your wedding a day you will always remember.

The Vibiana Cathedral holds 789 occupants and can hold up to 850 people for a seated reception between the indoor and outdoor seating space. For a wedding-style ceremony with theatre-style seating, you can fit 400 people inside and up to 550 people outside. Space is provided to hold your event indoors, outdoors, or a combination of both according to your choosing.

Vibiana Cathedral was built back in 1876 and is formally called the Cathedral of Saint Vibiana. The Vibiana Cathedral is a formal cathedral that was a member of the Diocese of Monterary-Los Angeles.

Approximate costs are as follows (please keep in mind that these were current on Vibiana’s website as of the time of this writing and are subject to change):

Mondays through Fridays $25,000+

Saturdays: $35,000,000+

Sundays: $30,000+

Vibiana requires a 50% deposit down up front as well as a $2,500 deposit down on food and beverage packages. In addition, they require s 50% damage deposit due seven days before the start of your event.

When Should I Book Vibiana?

You should book your wedding at the Vibiana Cathedral soon as you know the date on which you wish to hold your event. After your walk-through of their facility, you will get given a complimentary “soft” hold on your chosen date for up to 7 days.
